Personality:

Sheryl doesn't always make the best first impressions. She is very self-centered and vain but she has every reason to be. Sheryl Nome is intelligent, talented and beautiful. Sheryl Nome tops charts with her songs and she is confident that there is no one in the galaxy that doesn't know her name or heard her music. But Sheryl isn't just your ordinary songstress. There is much more to her than what is seen on the surface.

There is Sheryl Nome the "Galactic Fairy." This girl throws tantrums, stubborn and bossy. She is a girl that always wants everything done her way and is unpredictable when it doesn't. However, she is shown to be very creative and innovative during a pinch. She isn't afraid to jump off a high platform and have someone catch her for the unpredictability she craves. Despite her diva personality, she still prides herself for being a professional. Her belief is that when things go wrong, the show must go on. She loves her job and she loves to sing. It is easy to see the passion she has for it in how passionately she sings her songs.

When asked by Alto, "Do you want to sing that badly?" She responds that it is only natural. Singing is the meaning of her life and she lived to sing. Death is better to her than to never sing again. That is how badly she loves her to sing.

Sheryl is a different person off-stage. What people didn't always see is this other side of Sheryl Nome. The child-like girl that enjoys the simple things in life, such as the beautiful sea and sky. Since she is always working and breathing the image of the 'Galactic Fairy', she never has a chance to just be herself and be a girl. She likes to play, tease and joke around. But despite all the teasing sexuality she exudes on stage, she doesn't take people who take advantage of her outside stage very lightly. She is surprisingly shy about revealing too much of her body outside her Galactic Fairy Persona.

She doesn't show it very often, but she does have a caring side. She is willing to pay a lot of money to save the people from her home the ship, Galaxy. As impulsive as it may seem, she isn't afraid to run to care for the people she loves when she finds out they are hurt. She is very gentle and encouraging when she is with Ranka, whom she recognizes to have a powerful talent for singing as well. She can be surprisingly considerate to Ranka and perceptive of her feelings for Alto, while understanding her own feelings for Alto.

Sheryl doesn't like revealing her weaknesses and goes to a great length to hide them. The last thing she wants is to receive pity. Inside, she hasn't quite moved on from her tragic past. She is afraid of being left alone and becoming that poor little orphaned girl before Grace O'Connor found her.

Ikki is a 22-year old Accounting student. At first glance, Ikki looked like your typical playboy. He was handsome, intelligent, popular and was always surrounded by his adoring fans. In the game, the Heroine's old self even called Ikki a jerk. It didn't help that there were rumors about him having a new girlfriend every three months, which later the Heroine discovers to be true. Ikki was always a kind boyfriend to his girlfriends in the three month span. No matter how kind he was, though it was always the same. He would break up with them, because he didn't go out with them because of love. He didn't believe he can't fall in love, before he met the Heroine.

While they were together, he is still considerate and would help her patiently with things she didn't remember, walk her home and carry her bag for her. In short, he was the perfect gentleman. However, he sometimes insults her when they were surrounded by his fangirls (He does this because he is afraid the fangirls will hurt her if he gave special attention to her). He continues to insist that she was different because she was the one person he wished that would fall in love with him. He then revealed that the reason he keeps hiding his eyes behind sunglasses because girls can't help falling in love with him when they look at him in the eyes. It was because he wished that he would be popular with girls when he was a kid. He began to regret it and later admitted that sometimes he really hated girls. Even when girls threaten him with suicide, he doesn't care and all he thinks about was seeing his girlfriend. It made him feel like he was a horrible person for thinking that.

Ikki easily gets jealous though, especially when he finds an unknown male in his girlfriend's room. He didn't care that the man was her stepbrother and that he was nursing her back to health. He is also pretty honest with what he wants to do, like he tells the Heroine that he wants to kiss her and that he was thinking not very innocent thoughts when they were alone together (especially when drunk).

One of his strengths is that he is very good at anything that involves his hands, like billiards, darts and table tennis. He and his bestfriend, Kent also enjoy playing Math puzzles.

As soon as the three month relationship almost finishes, he began to keep his distance from the Heroine and acting cold towards her to protect her from his fangirls who will definitely hurt her if she showed any signs of being special and staying with him after the time limit would definitely make her special. He would do anything to protect his girlfriend, even go out with girls that he hated.

Later, the route reveals that the three month period was because his fangirls had made a promise to take turns dating him and that the limit was three months. If they didn't break up, the girls would continue to harass the girlfriend until she did. Ikki had no clue about this.

Personality: Many would describe Yuri as unsocial and generally rude. For the most part, he's exactly that. He doesn't like to filter his words to others, often times coming off as mean when he's just speaking his mind. Some may find this honesty nice, while others will find it slightly aggravating. Despite all this "brutal" honesty, he actually has a hard time expressing is true feelings, and will rarely admit when he's actually sad or worried, or even grateful at times. He has no qualms letting his anger or sarcasm show, however, and that's partially why so many would quickly label him as a bit of a jerk. He also may come off as anti-social, again, due to his upbringing, he isn't the best around other people. He likes to make believe that he's just fine on his own. But past all his harsh words and facades, he really means well, and wouldn't honestly hurt someone if they hadn't done something to deserve it.

Having grown up as part of the lower class, he also has little regard for social hierarchy, and will speak to a king just as he would speak to a passerby on the street just as he would to higher, powerful force of nature. He doesn't care what or who you are, if he doesn't like you, he's going to show it. Likewise, if you're one of his friends, he'll go out of his way to protect you, even if he wouldn't like to admit it. He's more mature than most young men his age, due to the kind of harsh life he's lived, orphaned at a young age and raised in the lower, poorer parts of town, often oppressed by the nobility and knights. He has a strong sense of justice, and believes the wrong should always be punished, and that weak should be protected. He absolutely hates the unfair treatment the empire gives to the average person, and goes so far as to even fight the knights and local law enforcement over such things as taxes. (Yuri has also been thrown into jail so often that he treats it like a joke).

And even further underneath all of this, Yuri carries an immature side. He gets along great with children, and shows a lot of love for them. He also isn't above making jokes out of situations and pulling pranks. And even if the tone of a conversation is serious, you can bet 7 times out of 10 he'll make a snarky remark about it. He carries a lot of confidence, recklessness, and even a good amount of apathy, and thus, isn't afraid to jump into otherwise dangerous situations. He'll be the first to run into battle, and the last to surrender.

More than anything, he has trouble keeping himself out of the business of others. It doesn't matter who they are, if they're in trouble, it'll be impossible for him to turn a blind eye to their needs. This selfless side to him is more commonly shown than he'd like to admit, but it's that need to protect those around him that first got him into the knights. And even when he helps, he's modest about it, and rarely let's himself get rewarded for his own actions.

Special Abilities: Yuri has been using a sword ever since he was young, and received formal training once he became a teenager. His short time in the knights also gave him experience with using spears and axes in battle. Despite his training under the knights, his fighting style is unorthodox, and he often freestyles techniques in order to experiment and improve.

NOTE: It's important to note that Yuri's physical strength and prowess, by the standards of his world, is well above average However, the standards of his world are much higher compared to the standards of Earth. Someone who is very strong on Earth would be close to the level with a normal person on Terca Lumires. Just to give an idea of how strong he is.

Character & Canon: Jisoo (Dandelion: Wishes Brought to You)
District: Whitewood

Personality: When first meeting Jisoo, it's easy to make an assumption of his personality based on first appearances and impressions alone. He seems like the cool, level-headed type of character, withdrawn from the business of others -- but that couldn't be further from what he truly is. During Jisoo's human transformation, he plays into those misleading traits at first: he pins the protagonist down, calm but persistent, overbearing as he confesses his worry. His transformation is intense, because the protagonist wakes up with Jisoo on top of her, unwilling to leave. But soon he reverts back to a demeanor of gluttony and irritability. Jisoo is the "bad-tempered black cat" -- no matter which route, Jisoo has a tendency to rile up the other animals in the household and instigate arguments due to his blunt, sometimes insensitive, abrasive nature. It happens when Heejung favors Jiyeon; he calls her out on it after she picks on him for dropping food but doesn't punish Jiyeon for doing the same. He also fiercely defends cats whenever the rabbits insult them in any way ("This is species discrimination!"). For the most part, Jisoo is one of the more lively individuals of the house.

Jisoo quickly becomes a source of humor (and despair, on Heejung's part) during the game no matter which route. He jumps to conclusions and completely misses the point more than not. This occurs when he accuses the protagonist of being with other guys, bullying her into a date despite Heejung's interest in Jiwoo during Jiwoo's route. When Jiwoo confronts them on their "date," Jisoo doesn't seem to understand why Jiwoo is upset and offers him a half-eaten hot dog. He has a clear lack of awareness in certain situations. He makes assumptions inappropriately, illustrated at another point when Heejung is crying over her mom. He thinks it has something to do with a boy and demands to know why. Leaning toward overreactions and dramatics, Jisoo is a handful, to say the least. This stubborn and obstinate attitude continues through most of the game, although during his own route Jisoo mellows out as he and Heejung learn to communicate, particularly when he realizes how important art is to her and encourages her to pursue it. More than any other character, Jisoo calls out the artistic passion in Heejung and pushes her toward what makes her happy.

Taiga Aisaka from Toradora!

Personality:

Taiga is known as the "Palm-Sized Tiger" for a reason -- she's tiny, and she packs a bite!

She is infamous for her bad attitude in general, though in reality, it's better to say that she's very emotional. She has a hard time controlling her feelings and how she reacts to things, and gets upset very easily. Having grown up feeling unloved and not appreciated, she tends to vastly overcompensate -- a fact that sometimes leads her to being clumsy and bumbling. Also due to her overcompensating, she gets quite angry and depressed when things don't quite work out how they should.

Despite all this, most of Taiga's outbursts of anger are well-intentioned. While she has a hard time getting along with most people, if she does like you, she likes you a lot and will do just about anything for you -- even if it's self-sacrificing. She has a very strong sense of righteousness and is fiercely protective of the people she does care about, and this takes form in some of her outbursts as well. However, not all of her flare-ups of anger are completely pure; at times they're simply brought about by the feeling of being personally slighted in some way.

Taiga does have a bit of a selfish side, at times having no problems ordering someone around or manipulating them in some way (for example, blackmailing someone because she knows their "true side"). Despite growing up in a bad emotional environment, Taiga's family was always very well-off, and she is thus very pampered. She can be selfish, a bit conceited, as well as generally not knowing how to do many simple everyday things for herself.

Underneath her bad attitude and short fuse, however, Taiga is a very soft person. She is easily embarrassed or even completely flustered, and believes her friends to be just about everything she needs. There's a side to her that just likes to have fun; a side that can be childish in a cuter and softer way. She actually enjoys being kind to people, even going so far as using her rich status to donate toys "from Santa" to children every Christmas. Taiga also enjoys dressing up nicely, being noted by characters as looking like a beautiful doll, and has a natural attraction to cute things.

All in all, Taiga can be summed up very easily: On the outside, she is brash and has a very short and explosive temper -- on the inside, she's vulnerable and quite compassionate.

Character & Canon: Jim ‘Crocodile’ Cook | Yu-Gi-Oh! GX [Post-Season 3]

Personality: Hailing from South Academia in Australia, Jim reigns there as the top duelist of the school. Exceptionally skilled in dueling as well as being an expert in various earth-sciences, Jim also portrays an extremely calm persona, exuding a down-to-earth, Zen-like attitude that has been shown to draw people in and make them feel safe. While he is of calm nature, he isn’t cold or distant – Jim is friendly in moderation, but far from being bubbly. Jim, while not completely passive, isn’t a pushover, but he doesn’t tend to fret over petty issues and just takes what will come in life. Extremely smart and world-wise, he is a stable character with a clear, firm mind, also making him an excellent strategist and observer in and outside the dueling field.

The term loyal is a key factor of Jim’s personality. The first act of loyalty he portrayed was as a child, when he rescued Karen, his crocodile, from poachers only to injure his right eye permanently as a result (more about that in the concerns/questions section). The trait of sacrifice stemming from protection and recklessness has stuck with him all these years. He will do anything for his friends whether it is giving dueling advice to ones who ask or just being a good listener, to even sacrificing his live and well-being for them, which he has actually done in canon. Friends are a top priority when it comes to Jim and he makes sure that he can provide care for them whenever they need it and when he sees fit to help them. He also has been shown to make subtle shifts in his words and actions depending on what friend he is around, clearly doing this to help them with a particular issue or event while still retaining to his true personality; he isn’t a faker.

With individuals that he may not be partially familiar with, he is generally kind towards them, showing good manners, politeness, and respect. However, with people he knows, he does the same in earnest but with more open conversation and actions instead of normal politeness. This side of him is definitely shown especially when his good friends, or anybody for that matter, treat Karen as an individual and not just a ‘pet-crocodile.’ So on the topic of friendship, becoming Jim’s friend isn’t hard nor easy – if you’re polite, nice, and nothing but respectful and caring to Karen (who he views as his family), you’re fine.

At times, Jim may be rash when he gets angered or hurt, often getting him into difficult situations and possibly leaving people to doubt where his calm persona went to, mainly shocking them. If the situation involves his friends being injured or Karen is insulted/hurt in any way, Jim will retaliate in a way he sees fit. He is also not passive when he senses burden, trouble, and treachery to people he cares about, and will be angered at said injustice, even going to the point where he speaks verbal profanity, which is rare for him. His sense of justice is strong, and he enjoys seeing things played out fairly and seems to like to avoid conflict and bloodshed whenever necessary.

Despite his calm nature, Jim also displays the personality of someone who enjoys thrills and adventures. He displays this by driving canonically, in essence, a large fossilized dinosaur type tank at an incredible fast speed, joking with one of the passengers about them feeling sick because the road was too flat. He also isn’t afraid to go into new territories and explore pathways, animals, and places, adding more depth to his adventurous nature. His passion for animals, geology and paleontology, and dueling seems to fuel this adventurous drive often.

A notable quirk would be his manner of speaking. Being Australian in both the Subbed and Dubbed version, he speaks English fairly well, but in the Subbed version of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (which I take him from), his Japanese is occasionally mixed with English phrases. This is mostly seen when he is excited or giving a nickname to his friends in English. He’s also fairly strong, able to lift Karen with ease and carry her on his back in a handmade harness.

So, all in all, this Aussie is a fine person to be around, is easy to befriend, and will talk your ear off if you mention dueling, fossils, or anything of the sort. Just be nice to Karen!

Questions/Comment/Concerns?: I have two things that may be of interest/might cause issues:

One: Jim has a crocodile companion named Karen, who is tame and well-behaved, that he carries with him everywhere and anywhere. A big part of who he is, what makes him up, is her. I was just wondering if that would be an issue to any aspect of the game, be it you cannot have ‘pets’ or what have you.

Two: Jim is gifted with The Eye of Orichalcum, which is an ancient artifact given to Jim after his sacrifice to save Karen’s life which injured him when he was a child. The eye, replacing his right one, is always covered by a thick layer of bandages wrapped around his head. When visible, it allows him to peer into people’s souls and gives him the power to save a friend close to him when he wishes it. A comet is involved in this process, however, allowing him to use a comet’s energy as a source, so it is strictly limited. I was just wondering if this type of power would be forbidden or needed to be dulled down or whatever works for the game.

Michelangelo as the show states in the opening theme, "Michelangelo is a party dude."
Which is true out of the four turtles Mikey offers the comic relief. Usually taking the ligher side of life and telling his brothers to 'chill out'.

Michelangelo may not be the sharpest crayon in the box but he does have his heart in the right place and is child like in his manner. As the turtle has boundless energy and real go with the flow attitude, for the most part anyways.

There are a few things that make Mikey 'tick' one being his bros, April, his sensee or innocent people being in some kind of danger. Another one is being out of pizza dough is a mega crisis!

These things totally aren't cool.

Mikey is also very implusive, he'll be the one to sugguest to go after the bad guy without a plan. As well as working everything on instinct from having just a feeling about something with his cooking to his fighting.

In short, Mikey is a big kid but also a turtle who can kick your shell with his ninja moves and nunchucks or just his horrible pizza toppings and lots and lots of tubular slang because that's righteous.

Personality:
At first glance, Akane may come across as a gentle, compassionate and helpful girl - all of which adds to the charm that caused every single boy of Furinkan to pursue her, much to her irritation. From the beginning of the series, she had long, glossy hair almost the length of her eldest sister Kasumi in an attempt to catch the eye of the doctor she was crushing on, Tofu. Even though Tofu only had eyes for Kasumi, and he saw Akane as a sweet little sister type, she didn't truly see that he would never look at her the way he looked at Kasumi until Ranma entered the picture. To everyone she meets, she is compassionate and helpful, trying to see the best in everyone - even those who might have proved time and time again that they had ulterior motives behind their actions. She could even find sympathy and concern for her rivals, and in rare instances, is even known to get along with them when they have mutual goals. Of course, when one of their goals centers around Ranma, all bets are off. She tries to help those who need it whenever possible, be it with schoolwork, club activities, or even more dangerous situations, like trekking out into a forest where a dangerous creature dwelled to find a cure for someone, on her own. Though she hated the daily fights she had with the entire male student body, perhaps if she was less friendly and helpful, she wouldn't have caught the eye of them all. Or..maybe she would.

Of course, she finds the repetitive nature of the battles before class incredibly annoying, and wouldn't even have to fight if not for her upperclassman declaring that whoever defeated her would be allowed to date her. Jerk. Confronted with blatant sexism and arrogance - Akane's temper raises its head. In fact, there's...not a whole lot that doesn't set her temper off. Boys being jerks, Boys being unfaithful AND jerks, other fiancees, insults regarding her appearance and violent behavior (which, by the way, always lead to more violent behavior), being regarded as someone to be protected rather than an equal - aside all of that, her fiancee Ranma is the recipient of the majority of her abuse. It isn't that he doesn't deserve it most of the time - Ranma has a habit of speaking without thinking, and that has a habbit of triggering Akane's rage. Add to the fact that she can be very jealous when it comes to his other fiancee's who, and you have a girl who is more likely to assume Ranma is being a pervert if found in compromising situations, than that he might be innocent, and it's all an accident.

The two have had many many many arguments based on that assumption, in fact, but Akane - for all of her stubbornness - is not incapable of apologizing when she's cooled down and realizes she might be mistaken. One might think for as often as she and Ranma argue, they hate each other - however strangely, for the girl who hates boys for all of the harassment she's endured from them, Akane would have to admit that Ranma was actually her best friend. They fight, and they make up - if awkwardly - and when they can get past those obstacles that have them arguing in the first place, they are often found together, fighting a common enemy or working towards a common goal as well. A large part of the reason she argues and hits him so much is due to her inability to deal with the emotions she has regarding Ranma. She doesnt hate him as much as she claims - that is, in actuality, quite the opposite, as she does love him with all her heart and soul. But the fates enjoy seeing them torture each other with violence and hurtful words as much as they enjoy seeing them get along, so her admitting such to him successfully (either on her own or by not getting interrupted by rival fiancees) is something a long ways off.

She isn't as competent a fighter as the other martial artists, in spite of being the heir to the Tendo-Ryu, but she relies on her brute strength to get her out of any pinch. IF she were to dedicate herself to finesse as much as she did power, she would be a frightening match indeed. But that is something else she rages about - her strength is like the strength of rhinocerous, and as such, she's ungainly when it comes to trying to do something graceful. She trips over her own two feet, breaks delicate tools, and tangles herself up in ribbons. That's frustrating enough to send her flying into a rage, it doesn't help if someone happens to make fun of her for it. She has all of the grace of a gorilla, and her tendency to throw herself into many sports-related after school activities has given her a tomboyish aspect to her personality. Despite her clumsiness, she is an excellent player of most every club she's been in, and is often the one that many of her fellow female schoolmates go to for help when it comes to martial arts. She never backs down from any challenge, even if it's something she's never done before, since - as heir to the Tendo Ryu - she has the pride of the dojo on the line. There is no refusing a challenge, and often as a result she gets in over her head. She often feels she has to prove herself in almost everything she does, especially martial arts, as it comes so easily to others who have practiced the art just as long as she has, especially the boys she knows. Of course, when it comes to swimming, Akane is absolutely useless - no matter how hard she tries, she's a hammer in water.

Now although it's mentioned she's extremely tomboyish, Akane does have her feminine side, in particular when it comes to horror movies, books, or things like lizards and insects. She absolutely cannot stand them, and she even gets nervous when it comes to ghosts. The other fiancees, Akane knows, have a huge advantage over her when it comes to attractiveness and femininity; Akane herself never seems to think she's cute at all, with a low self esteem that takes a nosedive when around cuter girls like Shampoo or Ukyou and Kodachi. Even if Kodachi is a psychopath. One might think that Akane would have a higher opinion of herself what with the entire issue she'd had with the school and Kuno chasing after her, let alone a number of other boys charmed by her - but alas, she seems to be more or less oblivious to any attractiveness she holds towards anyone.
Trying to pull off anything feminine is almost a joke, but the worst of all is the fact that she's a total disaster in the kitchen. She can't even boil water, it's embarrassing. Her dishes, when she tries to cook, have been known to be nearly lethal; although only one or two people have managed to eat her cooking and love it, much to her delight.
